Die Spieler dürfen hier am Startplatz nicht kaufen. Die Waffen liegen, wie es bei einer fy-Map üblich ist, auf dem Boden herum. In der Cafeteria steht ein Getränkeautomat, an dem gekauft werden darf. Und am Kühlschrank kann man sich mit 50 Health-Punkten auffrischen. Im Download-Archiv enthalten ist eine abgewandelte Version 'gg_waterland' für das Plugin 'Gun Game'. Versionsübersicht: fy_waterland_cz - 1. Version für Condition Zero fy_waterland - Version auch für 1.6. Die Map wurde lichttechnich komplett überarbeitet.
